Vaasa-based IT company, RegTech, a specialist in future payment systems, is growing and recruiting this autumn. Growth is enabled by the company’s unique position as part of the Svea Bank Group in Finland and Sweden, and on the other hand, by having the freedom to further develop the company’s own high-tech product at the same time. During this month, the company will recruit several experienced software developers with different skills from all over Finland.
Established in 2020, RegTech cooperates with Svea’s various business areas and IT departments in Finland and Sweden. The company’s mission is to solve the common challenges related to Svea’s banking and financial services throughout the organisation and to innovate new solutions and applications based on reliable technologies used in the market. Regtech is today owned by Svea Bank.
“We are like Svea Bank’s own internal IT special forces, creating world-class IT solutions here in Vaasa. In a small and agile team, everyone has their own strengths, technical support is always available, and the company’s hierarchy has been kept so low that everyone has the opportunity to bring their own proposals to the table, says Christina Koivula, RegTech’s chief operating officer.
RegTech’s innovative product, an interactive invoice, also awaits experts for further development work.
“The product has recently been introduced and the results, as well as the demand and potential of the product, have surprised us all. It makes paying easy and essentially speeds up the invoicer’s cash flow, praises Product Owner Petter Lingonblad.

The aim of the company is to attract the best experts to a newly renovated office comprising two bright and spacious business premises.
